the hotel location was great near chinatown. vending machines are available which i used for snacks. i liked the pool had water massage features.

I stayed in this hotel and i was really happy with the location. it was super convenient to get to chinatown and the mrt station (it's just a short walk!). the team in the executive lounge was awesome. ivy, ray, and ralph were especially great. They made sure i had everything i needed.
i noticed the hotel's carpets looked quite old, possibly needing replacement soon.

josie greeted me with a warm smile during dinner at tiffany. she was very friendly and helpful when i had questions (very important!). laiyun and ivy were also very friendly and provided excellent service.

the room was a good size. it included a large window (great for natural light!). the bed was very large and comfortable, and the amenities were of reasonable quality.

the location offers easy access to public transportation and many places of interest are within walking distance i enjoyed staying on the 9th floor with a lovely view of the flyer the hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help this. there is a good range of cafes available just minutes away from the hotel
the air conditioner made some noise and seemed dusty it could benefit from a service check to ensure it runs more smoothly and quietly i noticed some slight inconvenience.

the hotel's location was convenient. it allowed easy access to chinatown. the check-in process was fast and simple. the hotel room was clean.
the hotel offered limited luggage assistance upon arrival. rooms were only cleaned every three days. this policy was inconvenient. i found this especially difficult for families.

The location was very convenient to chinatown. i walked to chinatown mrt station easily. chinatown point was just across the street, i found what i needed daily. the staff were friendly, especially during a medical emergency. They arranged the room and helped with my needs. the pool was clean!
the gym was quite small! though i still made use of it

i enjoyed the superb housekeeping . the team worked well together, covering different floors when needed (it was excellent). ms. lin ye rong responded quickly when i spilled water, changing all linens without hassle. dhanasri remembered my bedding preference.
i noticed a slight smell in corridors going to the pool and gym.
